Sonam Sherpa, the lead guitarist and founding member of the favored band Parikrama, handed away on Friday. Sonam was 48 when he died of coronary heart assault at Kurseong, West Bengal. Music composer Vishal Dadlani, Ehsaan Noorani, and Farhan Akhtar took to social media to mourn the loss.
Farhan Akhtar shared an image with Sonam on Instagram and wrote, “In 2008, put up Rock On!!, I used to be a part of a four metropolis tour with the wonderful #Parikrama and I can always remember or adequately say how grateful I’m for the love and heat that #SonamSherpa prolonged to this primary timer on stage.. he was a gifted guitarist, a supremely cool man and a real rock star. RIP brother. Deepest condolences to his household. On stage and off it.” (sic)
Sharing a picture of Sonam on Instagram, Vishal Dadlani captioned it, “You had been at all times the kindest coronary heart. I want we would spent extra time collectively, man. I want we would performed extra gigs collectively. I want I would frolicked with you extra whereas there was nonetheless time. I want I would gotten to know your spouse and child so I might inform them at this time, what an ideal man you had been. Cant consider you are gone, #SonamSherpa . I cant even start to think about what @parikramaindia @subirmalik666 @nitinmaliklive are feeling proper now.” (sic)
Ehsaan Noorani tweeted, “Everlasting rocker superior guitarist and a stunning man #SonamSherpa has gone into the sunshine … will keep in mind the jams and the dangle outs @parikrama,” (sic).

In its official assertion, the band wrote on Twitter, “With a really heavy coronary heart, we remorse to tell the sudden demise of our spine, Mr. Sonam Sherpa. It is very very robust to lose a band mate, a brother and a mentor. Thanks all for all of your messages and tributes…” (sic)
